Product Description

ESD Kapton Tape are made of polyimide film backed by silicone adhesive with ESD additive to reduce the static charge (Antistatic Level: 10^6-10^9). It has been used in applications at temperatures as low as -73°C(-99°F) and as high as 260°C (500°F).

Product Features

HIGH INSULATION - Polyimide films tape provide great insulation and protect the nearby component from excessive heat air rework.
HIGH TEMP RESISTANCE - Resist high and low temperature, with strong silicone based adhesive, directly stretched around the area to be protected, no adhesives needed. Short Period Heat Resistance:260℃ (500°F). Long Period Heat Resistance:220℃ (428°F).
HIGH ADHESION - The high temp tape is with enhanced Silicone adhesive, it is stronger strength than ordinary sticky.
APPLICATION - Suitable for shielding when doing PCB plating; car spray painting; painting or powder coating; electronic assembly; electronic components soldering and packaging,sublimation for coffee cups, heat press/transfer, etc.
WITHOUT LEAVING GLUE - No residue left after you peel heat transfer tape off and they always hold tight throughout the tapes' rated temperature range.
Antistatic Level: 10^6-10^9
